Questions, answered.

The things clients ask us most — about process, pricing, timelines and support.

Process

Every engagement starts with a strategy call and a short discovery phase where we map goals, audience and scope. From there you get a fixed proposal, then we design and build in short cycles with regular check-ins — so you're never surprised by what shows up at the end.

Yes. There are no account managers relaying messages. You talk to the designers, engineers and marketers actually building your project — that's a deliberate choice, and it's why things move quickly.

Pricing

Shopify projects start at $4,500, custom web apps from $8,000, WordPress sites from $2,500, and marketing retainers from $1,800/mo. Those are honest starting points — you'll get a fixed quote after a call, once we understand your scope.

Builds are fixed-scope, fixed-price. Retainers run month to month after an initial three-month commitment — long enough to see results, short enough that we have to keep earning your business.

Timelines

A theme-based Shopify launch can go live in 4–6 weeks; fully custom builds run 8–12. WordPress sites are typically 3–5 weeks, and web apps are scoped in a discovery sprint. We'll give you a real timeline before you sign anything.

Support

Every build includes a post-launch support window. After that, most clients move onto a care plan or a marketing retainer so we can keep optimising — because the launch is day one, not the finish line.

Completely. You own your store, site and source code with no lock-in. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, everything is yours to walk away with.
