Job Description
As an Associate Designer, you’ll help design marketing websites, e-commerce stores, and web apps across industries. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about design, user experience, and wants to grow in a fast-moving, creative, startup-like environment.
You’ll work closely with our design lead and developers, turning ideas into intuitive, engaging interfaces that look as good as they perform.
Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design
- Create web and mobile UI designs based on client briefs and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with designers and developers to produce clean, consistent, user-centered layouts
- Create low to high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma
- Interpret feedback from internal reviews and client meetings to improve design outputs
- Participate in user research and testing, competitor analysis, and UX audits when needed
- Ensure designs are responsive and align with accessibility best practices
- Help maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, components, and brand assets
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to ensure a seamless user experience aligned with business objectives.
- Graphic Design for Web & Social Media
- Design visual assets, graphics, and supporting imagery for websites and digital campaigns
- Create on-brand social media content, promotional banners, and visuals aligned with marketing objectives
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to deliver visuals that boost engagement and brand visibility
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating design aptitude.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of basic UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to take feedback
- A keen eye for detail and a drive to produce polished, user-friendly work

What to Expect on the Job
- You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and may also work under the guidance of other senior team members depending on the project.
- Our team operates fully remotely. You are expected to have:
- A stable internet connection
- A quiet, professional working environment suitable for focused work and virtual meetings
- We work asynchronously, but team members are expected to be generally reachable between 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday, unless prior notice is given.
- You will be responsible for managing your time and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Weekly sprint planning or check-in meetings may require your attendance to align on priorities and progress.
